Holly Springs Provisions is a small, neighborhood-minded purveyor of the finest beef we can put on your table: richly marbled American Wagyu and USDA Prime, the top tier of the USDA grading scale.
Locally owned in Holly Springs. Every cut is sourced from a trusted, multi-generation provisioner whose standards have been proven by chefs and restaurateurs for decades. We bring that same discipline home to Wake County, offered in small batches so every steak is as it should be.

What is a "drop"?
A drop is a limited release of cuts, available for pre-order for a short window. Once the allocation is reserved, the drop closes.
Where is pickup?
Pickup takes place at local breweries and partner venues in and around Holly Springs, NC. The location for each drop is announced with the drop and confirmed in your order email.
What's the difference between Wagyu and USDA Prime?
USDA Prime is the highest USDA quality grade, defined by abundant marbling. American Wagyu is beef from Wagyu-influenced cattle raised in the U.S., known for exceptional marbling and a buttery texture. We offer both, clearly labeled.
How should I store my order?
Your cuts are packed cold. Refrigerate right away and cook within a few days, or freeze for longer storage. We'll include handling guidance with every order.
Can I change or cancel a pre-order?
Order terms, including changes and cancellations, will be shared with each drop before pre-orders open.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Delivery is free anywhere in Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina. We also deliver to nearby towns like Apex, Cary, Willow Spring, New Hill and Angier for a small fee based on distance. Choose delivery when you pre-order, and your order arrives packed cold on drop day.
How do I pay?
Pre-orders are paid online when a drop opens. Full details will be announced with the first drop.
